Christmas in the Country
CWOH will be at Christmas in the Country again this year. The date is November 16th & 17th and will be held at the Bayfront Convention Center. We will be raffling off a bicycle again. Come to the event where you will find crafts, pottery, jewelery, home decor items, candles, health & beauty items, gourmet food items and much more. When we have more details we will post it here!

BIG BASH FOR BIKES
Big Bash for Bikes 2013 will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at Perry Highway Hose Company. We will have our "Dice Walk" (based in the poker/dice runs - but indoors!)along with our "American Auction", raffles, door prizes, tip boards, pop & beer and food. The Stealth Blues Bombers have offered to play for your entertainment. Emcee will again be Joe Salorino. Admission is $10.00/person donation. This includes everything listed above. An ATM machine will be available in the lobby. We may even have a few surprises in store! Tables can be reserved - please contact us. You can contact Debra or Cindy (debra@cwoh.org & cindy@cwoh.org).
CODY'S RIDE OF HOPE
CODY'S RIDE OF HOPE
CODY'S RIDE OF HOPE On Sunday, June 2, 2013 CWOH will hold our first bicycle ride at Presque Isle State Park. It will begin at the Cookhouse. Experienced riders start at 8:00 AM and may use the road. Casual riders, families and teams will start at 9:30 and will use the bike path. We will have a list of places to pick up your registration form/pledge sheets so please check back with us periodically. There will be no registration fee (although donations are accepted)but we encourage every rider to have at least $30.00 in pledges. If you would like a free tee shirt, please pre-register by May 18th. You can send your forms and at least $30.00 in pledges to the address on the form or give it to one of CWOH's representatives. We will have bottled water available. Also, we hope to have a bicycle safety instructor for the kids and other things going on. This ride will be held rain or shine so be prepared for the weather! All riders MUST wear a helmet! There will be 2 trophies awarded - 1 to the person or family with the highest amount of pledges collected and 1 to the team with the highest amount in pledges. EMILY'S RIDE
Once again this year, CWOH will receive the proceeds from Emily's Ride. The memorial ride/Poker Run will be held Saturday, June 1. 2013. It begins at Harley Davidson of Erie and ends (as always) at Scooter's Lounge. You can go to www.emilysride.com for more information. Our thanks to Kelly & Tim Suddarth for all that they do - not only for Cody's Wheels Of Hope, but the ride itself is to honor those who are gone from this life but are still in our hearts and minds - never to be forgotten.
EMBRACE THE DIFFERENCE
A special line of jewelery available at Reeds-Jenss Jewelers can be purchased online or at the stores. It is called Embrace the Difference. For every piece of jewelery they sell in the line, $30.00 is given to a designated charity. CWOH is proud to have been chosen to be one of the charities.
